We are expanding and currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst who wants to work with outstanding digital talent across diverse industries and platforms. If you are at the beginning of your career and have a great interest in developing the skills needed to run digital projects, then this is a great opportunity to learn from our Project Managers!

About the role:

As a Junior Business Analyst you will work in the intersection of UX and Technology, closely together with our Project Managers to learn how to successfully lead digital projects. You will work in cross-competence teams with UX Designers, Visual Designers and developers in a rapidly changing environment. One of your responsibilities will be story writing which refers to you gathering requirements from the client and communicating that to the team. Together with Project Managers, you will also coordinate and ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality, on time and within budget. Lastly, you will proactively manage and address risks and issues that may impact the project.

Skills and requirements:

• You are passionate about and eager to learn more about digital projects
• You have some understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• You have great communication and presentations skills in English. (Swedish is not a requirement).
• It is a plus if you have some technical understanding
• Maybe you have a background in UX, test or developing

In addition, you are structured in your way of work and have the ability to prioritize effectively even in stressful situations. You have great cooperation skills and a considerate approach when working with others. Lastly, we believe you have the ability to quickly adapt to new directives or working methods.

• Location: Tulegatan 15 Stockholm. A requirement for this role is that you already live in Sweden and have a valid work permit.
