Infrastructure technical lead will perform and plan maintenance and development of hosting infrastructure required to deliver hosted SaaS application. Current hosting environments are ISO27001 compliant, highly virtualized and monitored. The current position is focused on Windows Server and System Center solutions.

As a Infrastructure Technical Lead, you will also be responsible for:

Managing infrastructure team
Documenting and assessing our current server and networking infrastructure
Maintaining and improving current server and networking infrastructure (hardware and software)
Analyzing monitoring data and improving monitoring solutions
Capacity and cost planning for hosting environments
Giving input and recommendations for development team to improve scalability, availability and performance of developed applications
Ensuring that current infrastructure solutions and planned changes are compliant with internal and government policies
Giving input and recommendations to develop and maintain current ISM (readiness to be member of EU-Supply Information Security Forum).

Requirements:

At least 5 years related IT experience on the Microsoft platform
Characteristics; Leadership skills, driven, agile problem solver, responsible
Must have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Good knowledge of Windows Server (incl. AD, Deployment, IIS, File Server, DFS)
Good knowledge of Server Hardware
Good knowledge of virtualization (preferably Hyper-V)
Good knowledge of clustering
Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, security, VLANs)
Basic knowledge of System Center Operations Manager or monitoring solution in general
Basic knowledge of data storage and data backup technologies
Understanding of Change Management Life Cycle Principles
Understanding of ISO 27 001 compliant solutions / processes

Working Conditions:

The job is located in Stockholm in a modern and spacious top floor office with a huge patio overlooking the rooftops of Vasastan. The role is full time, and we prefer that you could start on short notice.
