Are you well versed with Agile methodology and have technical interest in Cloud computing? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity where you will develop, coach and lead Scrum teams working with SEB's Public Cloud platforms in Stockholm.

What you will be doing

Leading the Scrum teams, you will orchestrate the Daily Scrum meetings and promote active participation from the teams, engage with all team members to ensure everyone is working towards the sprint goals and also participating to reach the sprint goal ofcourse ;-). You will also engage with other Scrum Masters within our Cloud Tribe to share good learnings and agile practices across teams.

In addition, your daily tasks will be about:

• Facilitating the sprint planning meetings.

• Facilitating the retrospectives.

• Facilitating daily scrum meetings.

• Providing transparency on the team’s activity/progress.

• Tracking and using empirical data of the Scrum team.

• Identifying and removing any potential impediments.

• Managing any emerging dependencies through the sprint, escalating where necessary.

• Coaching and guiding the teams during the sprint.

• Formulating techniques for effective Product Backlog Management.

Activly deliver on goals in the team as a DevSecOps cloud engineer.

Your new teams:

Our Cloud Tribe teams are developing and maintaining our managed Public Cloud platform(s), as well as helping and guiding our development teams to on board to the same.

Who we are looking for

In order to succeed in this position, we imagine that you have relevant education, and strong knowledge of agile methodology and practices.

You are experienced in using work management tools such as Jira and can support other Scrum Masters with alternative approaches or ideas.

Further to this, you have:

• Experience of working as a developer for at least 4 years.

• Experienced of working with public Cloud solutions.

• Understanding of DevSecOps.

• Led, motivated and influenced teams in applying agile principles and maintaining focus on development of high-quality output.

• Understanding of Cloud or strong interest to strengthen your knowledge about Cloud computing and services is desirable.
