We are on an exciting transformation journey to expand our responsibilities within SEB’s Trading Regulatory Reporting area. The Regulatory & BI Tribe today consists of skilled and dedicated persons based both in Stockholm and Riga. And we are now looking for a Team Manager with leadership experience in Stockholm who aspires to play a key part in our agile growth and will be committed to developing the team working with regulatory IT solutions and shaping the future of this crucial area for SEB.
What you will be doing
As the scope of regulatory requirements and reporting is growing within the Financial Industry, SEB is taking an active approach to build the necessary infrastructure and secure talents that will work in a virtual team to deliver high quality reporting on behalf of our clients. As our Tribe has been charged with tackling more regulatory intiatives, we are looking to add a Team Manager for our Stockholm Regulatory Reporting team.
As the Team Manager, your daily duties will require you to lead the team, in collaboration with our leadership team, through the agile journey that we are on. You preferably have Scrum Master experience, as this skill will be useful in navigating the SAFe transformation the team needs to go through. You will be managing a group of employees and consultants by providing coaching, HR support and shaping the future of the team’s set up.
