The RCR section at Scania has the responsibility to lead improvements projects connected to the current platform.
RCR has the responsibility to secure the introduction of cab related parts in our China production unit as well as handling field quality issues, production related matters, cost optimization and the global accessory assortment. This position will be based in Södertälje and the section includes one group in Södertälje and two in Oskarshamn.

As team leader for the China part localization team you will lead a cross functional team with resources from all cab areas. You will be working in a flexible environment where you will build a broad network with many different areas of Scania. You will earn a great knowledge about all the components in the cab and explore your skills for strategical business acumen. Your leadership skills will be developed as you plan and lead the introductions for the coming years. You will also train your presentations skills when you in several levels push for your strategies or present the current status.

Main tasks

With a high level of strategical business acumen carve out the best way forward for the introduction of required components by balancing coming product changes with the predicted cost for your scenarios. In project form develop plans for introductions of the components and coordinate the tasks required to meet the set targets.
