About the role
This role will support the Business Development team in creating top-tier partnerships contributing to overall business objectives. In this role, you will identify, manage and support initiatives that drive revenue growth, subscriber growth and long term business value. The position requires excellent communication, analytical, people and project management skills. Lifesum is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and you will be part of an international team working out of the US, UK and Sweden. 

Responsibilities and what you will do 

  • Ensure partnerships are set up to be a success from a process and service perspective  
  • Commercial support to support external teams and consultants in market 
  • Business to Business marketing support including web, social, PR, webinars, partner events
  • Analyze, iterate and improve on partner and client results 
  • Ensure smooth financial flow with partners and clients 
  • Create specifications and communicate with internal stakeholders including designers, developers and product managers 
  • Support Business Development team with day to day tasks including presentations, meetings and administrative responsibilities 
  • Role requires working across multiple time zones 

Are you the one we're looking for?  

  • Self starter with a customer oriented, results driven approach 
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing successful projects in fast-paced technology organizations 
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues, partners and customers to help identify and create new opportunities for the company
  • Exceptional at packaging information (Keynote/Powerpoint/Slides) 
  • Strong presentation skills (presentations, meetings, calls) 
  • Analytical (results analysis, fluent in Excel/Sheets) 
  • Exceptional communication (distinct, well articulated, fluent in English, honest)
  • Accountability - ability to own your projects and outcomes
