About us

The group you will be part of, RCIH, is responsible of cable routs, air pipes and installation structures for autonomus vehicles. We are now looking for a new collegue to our team to be able to further provide solutions for the future of cab development. You will work in a team were helping each other is the key factor to our success when working in an agile way. About the role 

You will be a member of our team working to provide installation and routing solutions for future cab programs and autonomus vehicles. Examples of your tasks include coordinating deliveries towards projects, running projects as an object leader, synchronise installation activites both cross functional within R&D and production as well towards suppliers.

To support you in your role you will be part of a group with good atmosphere were teamwork is the essence. You will be speer heading the deliveries from the group together with the responsible manager. You will be the representative for the group in the early stages of new projects and you will also have the oppurtunity to lead objects as an sub project leader and report to project management. We also want you to be part of the development of our processes in the group and always strive to find new ways of working. As teamplayer in our team we also want you to challenge yourself and be open to learn about cable routing, air pipes and E-installation with focus on Autonomus vechicles.

You will have collegues cross functional throughout R&D but also in production, purshasing and aftermarket.

Your profile 

We appreciate innovation and hope that you are spurred by technical challenges. You should be proactive and take own initiatives to drive your work forward. Since the position requires contacts with several different development teams and departments, you are a positive person that takes initiative, without prestige and have good communication skills. Your sense of order helps you keep track of both internal and external deliveries to our customers.

• You have a technical university degree and a couple of years of experience as an engineer
• You have a driven personality with leadership skills and strives to develop them to a higher level
• You work in structured manner, continuously planning and prioritizing tasks and are quick to adapt to changed circumstances within the projects
• You use your curiosity and creativity to find new solutions, to sell your ideas and continuously strive to find win-win solutions or quick compromises if necessary
• You value an open work environment where ideas are welcome and discussed, and you are also a good listener
• You are inspired by problems and see them as good challenges
• You communicate well in English and preferably also Swedish
