The main areas of responsibilities
Are you a digital designer who LOVES great design, beauty and thinks strategically? Then this may be the position for you! The digital designer will work with a team of designers and product owners to bring creative requests and project initiatives to life. He/she will work tightly with a UX designer to create new, engaging and aligned designs for both a traditional desktop view and a mobile-specific experience to support the SAS digitalization project.
The main tasks
Partnering closely with other designers to brainstorm and create engaging customer experiences
Executing best practices in user-centric design for desktop, mobile, kiosk and more.
Conceptualizing, designing, and rolling out the next generation of the new SAS digital environments
Co-Management of projects with a UX designer
Ability to define and offer multiple creative solutions to a task
Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends, newest digital platforms and competitive landscape
Qualifications and Experiences
Degree in design or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of digital design experience and production with good understanding of the standard principles and best practices of website design, usability and working within
Demonstrated expertise designing for the following: web, mobile, banners, landing pages, promotions, sales, and other marketing related projects
Advanced typographic skills and visual craftsmanship
Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent customer understanding
Collaborative and open-minded working style
Quick worker with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills
Must present a Portfolio that includes high-end product and web experience; e-commerce
experience a plus
