We are looking for a Team Manager to join our Equities Corporate Actions team.

Equities Services is a department that belongs to Trading Services and is located in two geographies – Riga and Stockholm. The area consists of about 84 employees and is supporting equities and equites related products such as: Cash Equities, Prime Finance, Investment Products, Cleared and Equity Derivatives, Cleared Commodities and Collateral Management. The department consists of six teams: Cleared Derivatives Services; Equities Settlement; Equities Corporate Actions; Equity Derivatives & Cash Equities Support; Prime Finance Support; and Equities Services Development.

About the role:

Equities Corporate Actions team consists of 14 employees and supports SEB Equities business with corporate actions related activities in various markets world-wide. The team is divided into 2 sub-teams: Corporate Actions – responsible for CA handling; and Dividends & Tax – responsible for dividend payout and tax reclaim handling related to the supported transactions. The team works with Cash Equities, Equity Swaps, and Securities Lending products as well as Collateral Management services. To deliver on the post trade activities from the end-to-end value chain perspective, the team collaborates closely with Equities Settlement team, Equity Derivatives & Cash Equities Support team, and Prime Finance Support team.

As a Team Manager of Equities Corporate Actions, you will be part of the Equities Services Management Team and are responsible for team performance as well as the tactical and financial planning. You will work with team development towards more agile and efficient way of working. You will lead, support, and develop the team members. You will be working closely with the business partners, have a regular dialogue on improvements and contribute to the transformation projects. You will be contributing with your cooperation to the accomplishment of the department’s mutual goals.
