About the role:

You will be a part of a professional team, accountable for global HR IT solution development and support. You will work in Agile and will be involved into continues process of delivery, from requirement engineering, solution design, implementation, customization, deployment to production and support. You will be in close contact with business users from different countries.

As a Solution developer you will be responsible for:

Implementation and development of People Soft solution and other solutions.
Building and managing integrations.
Solution configuration.
Solution upgrades to new versions.
Solution maintenance and stakeholders’ support.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Hands-on experience with SQL or proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language.
A strong technical background and a passion for continuous learning.
The ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
A proactive mindset, eagerness to take ownership, and the drive to learn new skills.
A readiness to embrace challenges and suggest innovative ideas.
Excellent English communication skills.
