About the role
As we continue to scale, we at Xensam are looking for a talented and motivated Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. If you’re a storyteller who thrives in the tech space, understands how to engage with business audiences, and has a passion for crafting clear, persuasive copy, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
As our Copywriter, you will be a key player in shaping our brand’s voice and delivering compelling messaging across a range of channels. Your role will span both strategy and execution as you help promote our product, vision, and why to our audience. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Establish & Own Tone of Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication touchpoints, ensuring it resonates with our B2B audience.
• Create Sales Messaging: Write value-driven, persuasive copy for various channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, and sales collateral.
• Lead Campaigns & Concepts: Lead in developing creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with other team members to execute them effectively.
• Collaborate & Integrate: Work alongside our marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that messaging is aligned and integrated seamlessly across all platforms.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and optimize content that supports customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
• Innovate & Experiment: Propose and test new ideas and formats for engaging content to increase engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• You have 2-3 years of experience in B2B copywriting, ideally within the tech/SaaS industry.
• You have a degree in copywriting, journalism, or writing combined with a marketing or business degree.
• You can seamlessly blend creativity with structure, crafting copy that is both impactful and aligned with business objectives.
• You’re comfortable writing for various channels, from email marketing to social media to website copy, and you understand how to adjust tone and messaging for each.
• You are a native English speaker with excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• In your application, please include a portfolio or a link to your previous work as a copywriter.
