About the job

As Head of Customer Solutions and Development at Aimo, you will lead a department and function of skilled product owners and development teams located across multiple locations in the Nordics. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the entire lifecycle of product and service development in our ever-evolving business landscape. Our main customer products include Webticket, our parking management system, and Aimo, our park & charge app with over 2 million users. In this role you will report to Aimo’s CTO and be part of the IT leadership team.

Our Customer Solutions team is dedicated to enhancing our core offerings for landlords, businesses, and consumers by delivering tailored digital solutions. We focus on developing custom applications, web portals, and integrated systems for parking management, electric vehicle charging, and mobility services.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of skilled product owners and development teams across the Nordics.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration of customer solutions with existing systems.
• Collaborate with the CTO and IT leadership to align strategies and goals.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership in alignment with Aimo’s core values.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strong communicator, bridging understanding between needs and solutions.
• Drive organization and culture development, championing change and delivering results.

This is you

• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in a similar role in medium to large agile organizations.
• Strong focus on customer-centric product management, preferably with distributed and international teams.
• Professional expertise in the solution domain and development.
• Experience leading the development and operations of custom applications within integrated landscapes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
• University degree in IT or equivalent.
