We are now seeking a Process Owner/System Owner for one of our clients.
About the assignment:
We are looking for a Process Developer / TSO User Journey Owner with strong hands-on experience as a Technical System Owner (TSO).
This is a key requirement—the ideal candidate has practical experience in a TSO role within a large, complex organization and can quickly contribute to structuring and improving system ownership practices.
The assignment focuses on system ownership, governance, and cross-functional coordination, rather than technical development. You will play a central role in defining user journeys, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling alignment across multiple stakeholders.
A key part of the role is to translate complex input into clear, actionable ways of working, while actively driving progress and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive the development and structuring of the TSO user journey and roadmap
-Map and understand system landscapes and ownership structures, including meta-models
-Collaborate cross-functionally with TSOs, VFOs, architecture teams, and other stakeholders
-Consolidate input from multiple teams into clear guidelines and ways of working
-Collect and address stakeholder questions, concerns, and feedback
-Develop practical instructions, governance frameworks, and documentation
-Ensure alignment and clear communication across a complex organization
-Drive progress and secure implementation of decisions and structures
Required Experience (Must Have)
-Proven hands-on experience working as a Technical System Owner (TSO)
Strong understanding of:
-System ownership models
-Governance structures
-System landscapes
-Experience working in large and complex organizations
-Proven ability to coordinate and align across multiple stakeholders
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
-Experience in large-scale automotive or industrial environments
Experience with:
-Ownership meta-models
-Process development / ways of working
-Cross-domain coordination initiatives

-Strong stakeholder management and networking skills
-Highly structured and analytical, with the ability to create clarity from complexity
-Proactive, action-oriented, and able to drive progress
-Excellent communication and documentation skills
