Engineering Manager – Process Industries

• Lead technical excellence in sustainable industrial projects
• Are you ready to take the technical lead in some of Sweden’s most exciting industrial projects? AFRY is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help shape the future of sustainable solutions within the Process Industries sector.
• You’ll be part of our nationwide PMO team – 50 passionate professionals delivering multidisciplinary EPCM projects through planning, engineering, procurement, and construction management.

Your Role

• As Engineering Manager, you’ll be the technical anchor in large-scale EPCM projects. You’ll work closely with project managers and discipline leads to ensure smooth coordination, high-quality engineering, and clear communication across all technical areas.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines
• Manage 3D model data and technical reviews
• Ensure quality routines and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Provide strong technical leadership throughout project execution

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in complex industrial projects (Process, Mining, or Metals preferred)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with engineering and project management tools
• Business-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Valid driver’s license (B)
