About the role:
You will be a Process Expert within Workforce and Compensation management department (HR) responsible for analysis, design, alignment and improvement of payroll processes for Sweden. Your primary responsibilities will be to secure the daily operations, assure quality of deliveries, continuous improvement, and optimization of the processes within the area. You will work in an international environment in close cooperation with other teams of SEB in Vilnius and other SEB sites worldwide. Together with the teams you will continuously contribute to operational process improvement activities.
