This position can be based in Zaandijk, Malmo, Hull or Aarhus.
About the role
As a Regional Organizational Development Manager within AAK’s People & Organizational Performance team, you will play a pivotal role in building organizational capability, enhancing performance, and shaping a strong, values-aligned culture across the region. You will partner closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to diagnose organizational needs, design targeted development solutions, and deliver initiatives that support both global frameworks and regional priorities. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability, enabling you to design and facilitate OD programs, coach leaders, drive cultural transformation, and ensure the organization is equipped for future success.
