As a Software Engineer at Hedin IT, you will play a key role in developing modern solutions that support our global business. You will join one of our product teams, each with its own focus:

• ARC: Our in-house platform for vehicle import & wholesale and spare-parts logistics, buying directly from manufacturers and supplying dealer networks in Sweden and selected markets, including 3PL warehousing and distribution.
  
• Core Solutions: Connecting key systems across the group and deliver telematics-first fleet services, powering mobility with high-volume real-time vehicle data - while automating processes end-to-end in an event-driven architecture built for scale.
  
• Web: Customer-facing applications that shape the digital experience for our customers web, online bookings, e-commerce and auctions with content-managed experiences for editors and marketing, and internal services that prepare and distribute inventory to channels across European markets.

Depending on your skills and interests, you will work with technologies such as C#/.NET, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and modern web frameworks. We favour lightweight ways of working trunk-based development, RFCs for proposals and ADRs for decisions. We prefer high cohesion and low coupling thinking over big-upfront architecture, and generally favor event-driven methods.

Even though you will be working with the technologies above and more, we do not expect you to be an expert in all of them, only some. For us, it is more important that you have a can-do attitude and constantly want to push the boundaries of both your and your team’s knowledge and skills. Problem solvers. People who learn. 1% better every day. You are comfortable speaking and writing both Swedish and English and have deep knowledge within:

• C#/.NET
• Azure
• SQL Server
