Role summary

One of TGRMMA's main assignments is to deliver, maintain, coordinate, and further develop the product structure for TRATON's entire product range. TGRMMAS's focus is on S-order product description for Scania-specific solutions, which means involvement in both longer development projects and fast short flows closely linked to Scania's direct customers. 

We are now looking for a driven manager with the will and ability to develop both individuals & groups in an ongoing journey of change regarding both the workplace and transformation of working methods and processes. 
 

Your tasks

You lead the group in daily work, set ambitions and goals for where and how the group will develop and ensure that you get there.  

You coach employees to take responsibility for both deliveries and method development. 

Since product description is the core of TRATON modular system, this position requires that you have contact and an active dialogue with internal customers within both R&D, market & production.

You are part of the section's management team, where, in addition to representing your area, you work for the entire area of responsibility of the section and contribute to developing it and the organization together with your group manager colleagues and the section manager.

•    You can see the big picture and stay calm even in pressured situations. You are a team player, but at the same time, not afraid to make decisions on your own. 
•    Interest and knowledge of Scania's product description, system and information flows and the product development process are meritorious.
