Enterprise Architect for SEB in Stockholm

We are therefore looking for our new Enterprise Architect for the SEB Group´s Architecture team located in Stockholm.

As Enterprise Architect, you help shape and drive SEB’s strategic agenda towards digital world class services for SEB’s customers. Your main focus is to create and drive target architecture in line with business objectives to improve quality and time to market of change activities, primarily those with a significant IT impact. Furthermore, you will guide and support development activities – both on strategic and operative levels. You will also provide C-level strategic support, for example in due diligence processes.

Our enterprise architecture team works as a central function and interacts with most parts of the SEB Group enabling personal development, education and growth. The team currently consists of 7 experienced and dedicated professionals who are focusing on developing architecture across all divisions and client segments within SEB.

In order for you to succeed as the new Enterprise Architect at SEB, you have broad knowledge of products, processes and current solutions as well as target architecture and solution concepts within different areas. You have excellent networking and communication skills within both business and IT, combined with the ability to understand business needs and requirements and interpret them into solutions while designing sustainable architecture concepts.

Furthermore, we think that you have excellent capabilities to engage people and build relationship – you have great communication skills.
