Market Manager

Your days

• Optimize and implement the marketing strategy for Casumo's market
• Drive all marketing activities in the core markets together with other market managers, internal stakeholders and external partners
• Follow up and analyze all marketing activities ensuring a healthy ROI and continuous optimization
• Ensure that the products and offering are attractive for the core markets and in line with the local culture and demand
• Track and develop brand and marketing KPI:s
• Build strong relationships with business partners and media partners in core markets
• Ensure that the brand and values are communicated consistently
• Define and address new marketing and sales opportunities in core markets

So what do we need?

• Local market knowledge ( Nordics )
  Languages Swedish or Norwegian and English
• Relationship management (with agencies and providers)
• Expertise in one of the below:
  Media experience, strategic planning and audience group targeting.
  Event / Sponsorship
  PR / Content
  Brand

What else?

• A motivator that will engage and spread the Casumo spirit.
• Aware that all the great vision in the world is not of importance, if you are unable to get the idea from concept to live.
• You must know and show proof of how to get things done.
• Believes in distributed teams love's to inspire, you are prestigeless (not taking yourself seriously)
• Great communication skills
• Care about learning new things and improving existing challenges
• Truly passionate about people.
• You should be willing to relocate to Malta.
