Regional Responsible SVEA

As Regional Responsible SVEA you are in charge of leading and growing the Stockholm and Borlänge offices in accordance with tretton37's strategy and business goals. It's up to you to define, implement and execute the regional business plan as well as manage daily operations. This includes:

• Day-to-day leadership and collaboration with employees in the Stockholm and Borlänge offices.
• Heading the local leadership team and collaborating with local representatives from Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, Wellbeing, Knowledge and Project Delivery.
• Immersing in company culture and shared values as well as acting as a cultural driver and ambassador.
• Liaison with the company leadership and central functions and play an active part in the company leadership team.
• Embrace the family spirit and have fun.

This role entails management responsibility for (currently) 40+ employees, full P&L responsibility and entails strategic as well as well as operational challenges including sales, recruitment, retention, internal organizational development, marketing/branding and much more.
