The Role

You will be an important part of our organization and our strive to provide our customers with high-level support. You will primarily work towards our customers in Great Britain and Ireland, but also support customers in the Scandinavian region.

You are expected to provide support to a wide range of issues and resolve problems to the satisfactory expectations.
You will communicate with customers through incoming calls and e-mails and work with solutions, troubleshooting, evaluations and problem solving issues.
Essential duties of this role include analyzing and working with customer issues involving hardware, software updates, network and accounting issues.
You are also expected to actively strengthen our close cooperation and communication with our colleagues in the support team in England.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you need to be a problem solving person with great communication skills. Working towards customers with various kinds of issues also requires you to have a customer perspective and sense of service. We also believe that you are positive and a great team player that does not hesitate to help others. You also need to be creative and have an interest for software solutions and technology. It is of course a plus and an additional merit if you have experience from similar work. Your English and Swedish is fluent both spoken and written.
