Project Manager

The Project Office is responsible for leading pre-studies and projects within the IKEA IT Project Portfolio as well as ensuring qualitative and efficient project management processes and methods.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects within IKEA IT, take ownership for the assignments delivery and lead people through standard methods and processes to make everyone perform their best. This is naturally influenced by IKEAs values.

With solid experience you are able to set-up and manage (large/major) projects according to relevant Project Management methodologies. You possess experience from working with different methodologies such as waterfall and agile. You are used to handle early pre-study phases and projects were the scope sometimes are abstract and not always clearly defined. You deliver within decided scope, time and result mastering the different aspects of project management such as stakeholder-, risk- and dependency management. You are also able to manage procurement and vendor relations in your assignment.
