What you will be doing

As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Your role will be key in making sure we progress on our automation journey and you will be involved in the most prioritized technological initiatives that put SEB FX at the forefront of our industry. Your responsibilities will include investigating current solutions, gathering and analyzing data, defining project requirements and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision making.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

· Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement and optimization.

· Collaborate with development teams and product owner and document detailed business requirements.

The Team

Reporting to the team Manager for FE sales development teams, you will get a chance to work with our product owner and tech teams for frontend and backend development. You will have close contact to the business side and a part of the FX tribe.

Who we are looking for

· In depth understanding of FX End-to-End processes, back-office operations and FX onboarding processes is a requirement.

· Excellent ability to collect, analyse, prioritise and present data, analyses, business requirements or issues in an easy and understandable form

· Excellent relationship management skills; ability to drive and lead projects and facilitate discussions across teams with stakeholders on different levels

· Strong communication skills – ability to present conclusions to facilitate decision-making

· Excellent written and verbal English skills
