We provide transparent, efficient, compliant and scalable solutions for the Ship & trade area that meet stakeholders demands of today while being future-proof. We are now looking for a Business Expert to strengthen our delivery in product team Serialization & Traceability. The mission of the Serialization & Traceability team is to tell the story of every single item passing through our ecosystem. The team scope is very broad and covers many parts of the H&M Group business, from production through the various steps in supply chain/logistics to sales and our customers, as well as post-purchase and circularity which is an important area of growth and development.

Job Description

As a business Expert in our area, you possess an expertise of supply chain and logistics knowledge combined with a good understanding of technical requirements and product features. You can identify what makes the difference and you are eager to take part in our development and delivery. You have a mindset of continuous improvement, eager to build knowledge and learn beyond our current skillset. If this describes you and you are a person interested in being a key part of setting the agenda, as well as providing your expertise, on important topics for H&M Group and our industry (for example such as Sustainability), you will find this position exciting.

You will be part of a multi competent product team and will work side by side with the Product Manager, team members and the many stakeholders across the company. The team delivers according to Agile methodologies in quarterly increments, broken down into shorter sprints. The delivery and the team scope will be based on to the product roadmap and backlog:

The work tasks include: 

  • You will, together with the product team, drive the agenda and execution to make Product Traceability (Track and Trace) scalable across the H&M Group Supply Chain
  • You will have a tight collaboration with important stakeholders in different H&M functions, regions and brands, to make sure that the business process & tech solutions are working hand-in-hand
  • You will work to achieve progress and secure the content in the process and the solution. All with the aim to maximize business impact, benefits, and effects to reach our targets
  • You will be a project leader and drive/coordinate cross functional process changes & solution deliverables
Qualifications

We believe you have:

  • Extensive expreince working within global Supply Chain, from production/manufacturing through transportation, warehousing, and sales - preferably within fashion industry (or retail)
  • You are truly a “doer”, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward
  • Strong communication & presentation skills and comfortable collaborating with different kinds of stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Good understanding of how business capabilities and objectives can be enabled through technology and data
  • Experience, and a strong interest, of working with traceability and/or visibility topics in the Supply Chain
  • Ability to take responsibility and work proactively in a complex, continuous changing environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies, tools, business processes and ways of working
  • Understanding of data standards for Visibility & Track and Trace, such as GS1 EPCIS
  • Understanding of Digital Product Data Carriers, such as RFID, QR codes or NFC
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Additional Information

This is a full-time position within Sweden, however other countries within Europe can be an option for the right candidate.
