Our team

We are a team of 11 individuals collaborating closely within a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere. Our base is located at the Transmission Assembly in Södertälje, and while we are part of the R&D organization, we work closely with other departments to achieve our goals.

You and your role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Assignment Manager to join our Quick-team within propulsion product engineering. In this role, you'll guide cross-functional teams from R&D, production, and purchasing to address quality issues in our products and production system. The Quick-team operates with a strong sense of urgency, aiming to resolve challenges within 24 hours.
To excel in this role, you must stay composed and focused under pressure, bringing your creativity and solutions-driven mindset to the table. We value diverse perspectives and encourage collaboration to foster innovation. Your background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or similar work experience) and at least 5 years of experience in production, design, purchasing, or related fields.
