Strategic Business Developer

We are looking for a Strategic Business Developer within our department IXI – Corporate Digital Experience. The ideal candidate is a professional who works to generate increased customer value and a premium customer experience by running strategic initiatives across departments, Scania and TRATON – within Digital Experience and Digital Product Development. A Strategic Business Developer is also involved in strategic planning, partnership development, stakeholder events and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential partners and collaborations. In Scania, in TRATON, in the Volkswagen Group and outside of it.
  • Identify, start and run strategic initiatives that directly or indirectly improves the customers experience of Scania and/or increases the customer value.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with IXI’s stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Scania and TRATON, such as KY, R&D, Communication, Brand Management, Financial Services, or IT, to identify standards, solutions or platforms that increases customer experiences and/or customer value.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of these initiatives.
  • Report on the progress and outcomes of the goals and objectives of strategic initiatives.
  • Support IXI management team in strategic planning and execution.

  • Experience from strategic work and business development, preferably within software engineering/IT.
  • Strong language skills in English, fluency in Swedish is meritous.
