Sales & Marketing Manager Nordic Region

Your mission, should you choose to accept it!

The objective of the Sales & Marketing Manager in the Nordic region is to drive sustainable profitable revenue growth by developing and implementing comprehensive strategic sales and marketing plans within the region. Change the mindset of the team from a farmer to a more of a hunting mentality.

Although we have a preference of location for this position (Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden), you can reside in another Nordic country/city.

Some of the challenges you can sink your teeth into

By continuously evaluating the sales & marketing road map, you will implement corrective measures in order to reach our yearly sales and profitability targets.

You have a shared ownership of revenues and costs (P&L)You share the ownership of revenues and costs (P&L), together with Business Line Manager Region Central.

You will establish clear and reachable individual sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team.

You will safeguard that the pricing strategy for all business lines is competitive, prices are evaluated and updated on a continuous basis.

You will define and support the preparation of professional and convincing marketing materials and street fighter materials that can be used to defend and grow our customer and market share in all business lines.

What talents are we looking for?

  • You are a strong and experienced people manager who can motivate the sales team to reach and go beyond what is expected, also in challenging situations.
  • You are accomplished in market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
  • You know how to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth, expand market reach, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • You are good at analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
  • You have effective verbal and written communication skills in English to support the team to articulate value propositions and build rapport with current and potential customers.
  • You are open to change in terms of approaches needed to reach strategic objectives.
