Job Description 

As a Cloud Solution Architect for Azure Engineering team at H&M Group, you will be pivotal in executing our cloud strategy and ensuring our technology platform meets business needs. You will have the chance to innovate, enhance products, and develop distributed systems for our Azure platform. This is a collaborative organization that welcomes creative and innovative ideas.

Your role involves designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions on Azure. Working alongside experienced developers, you'll deliver customer-centric integration solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Translate product strategy and requirements into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution design according to existing architecture guardrails.
  • Perform technical and impact analysis of requirements.
  • Recommend alternative design options considering target environment, performance, security requirements, and existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team and other cross-functional teams, sharing best practices and discussing design solutions.
  • Implement Azure policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a holistic view of how solutions add value and align with defined business outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Azure services, features, and best practices to continuously improve our cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on Azure, with a focus on infrastructure as code, networking, and security.
  • Strong understanding of Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Kubernetes, Azure Active Directory, Azure Policy, and Azure Monitor.
  • Experience with Architecture Decision Records (ADR) and Architecture Frameworks.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting.
  • History of working according to agile practices, familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and versioning tools (GIT).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders. 
  • Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a large-scale enterprise environment is a plus.
Additional Information

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
