Scrum Master to Customer Lifecycle | SEB, Solna

We are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master to SEB within the Customer Lifecycle Tribe. We are searching for a curious person that looks for new career opportunities.


About the role:

As a Scrum Master you will be the servant leader and agile coach for one team consisting of developers, testers, Tech Leads and Product Owners.


You will work in an agile development team together with developers, testers and PO’s. The team work with modern technology and is responsible for solutions that meet SEB’s internal users in processes such as, onboarding of new customers and KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews as well as the digital onboarding where customers onboard themselves.


Customer Lifecycle Tribe is responsible for SEB’s master data solutions and customer processes. We work with business development and regulatory compliance to make these processes as customer friendly and efficient as possible.

What you will do:

  • As Scrum Master you will lead the team in their daily work, plan the different Scrum ceremonies and together create customer value.
  • You will coach the team in the agile process, help the team to remove impediments and focus on building a high performing team through continuous improvements.
  • Lead the team in sprint-/ and PI-plannings.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and further improve on our agile journey.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders such as PO, Tribe management, Team manager etc

Who we are looking for:

  • >10 years of previous experience as a Scrum Master and Change Managment
  • An inspirational person with communicative skills and a will to encourage dialogue.
  • An empathic listener who values input from others and believes in empowering people to build high performing teams.
  • Good communication, understanding business requirements and able to collaborate with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are the essence of our daily work.
  • Self-driven and have a pro-active approach. Possess strong analytical and logical skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
