We are seeking Swedish speaking Part-time Insurance Experience Specialists to join us in continuing to redefine what outstanding service and claims handling entails.

Scope

You are expected to work at least 8 hours/week during evenings (about 16:00-21:00) Monday-Sunday and daytime Saturday-Sunday. At your availability you are also welcome to work daytime Monday-Friday.

This is the perfect job if you are looking for a part-time income while studying, with the opportunity to work full time during the summer 2024 and a full-time position with Hedvig after graduation.

This position is based at our office in Stockholm and therefore you are expected to be positioned in Stockholm or close by. There is an opportunity for hybrid work.

What about the role?

How often does someone contact their insurance company and end up with a smile on their face? That is precisely the goal and essence of this role. As a Part-Time Insurance Experience Specialist, you are the heart of Hedvig's business helping our members with their service errands and to recover from loss on a daily basis. Your primary mission will be to deliver extraordinary member service and handle some easier claims adjusting (mainly "drulle").

Extraordinary member service can mean answering questions about insurance coverage and payments, assisting in contract changes, escalating bugs and communicating about partnerships both through the Hedvigapp, over email and phone - with our own Hedvig twist.

Claims adjusting means you manage easier claims from start to finish. Including receiving and registering incoming claims, deciding coverage based on the insurance terms, making well-grounded decisions and adjusting claims independently, registering possible payouts as well as communicating the decisions and motivations to the members through the Hedvigapp and over email.

What about you?

Maybe you are studying to become a claims adjuster or insurance advisor, for example at Företagsekonomiska Institutet (FEI). Or maybe you have other education or experience that makes you suitable to deliver extraordinary member service and become an expert in insurance and claims adjusting.
